Dr. Felicia R. Wilson is a respected parent development specialist, parent educator, author, and motivational speaker who has dedicated her life to empowering parents and caregivers. With her extensive knowledge and personal experiences, she brings a unique perspective to her work, having raised children with emotional and behavioral disorders as well as physical disabilities, such as spina bifida.

Her expertise extends beyond the home, as she has also excelled in nonprofit leadership, particularly in the field of child welfare, juvenile justice, and intellectually Developmentally Disabled (IDD) populations with children, youth, and young adults.
Dr. Wilson’s educational and professional background in criminal justice, human & social service, and public administration has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the systems that impact families and individuals with disabilities.
